Refund Policy
The point is to make the product prove itself. Send the purchase email, what you bought, and the reason for the request so we can handle it cleanly.
Proof Run
If the delivered Proof Run is not useful, request a refund within 7 days of delivery. You may keep the delivered files. A refunded Proof Run cannot also be credited toward a Core System purchase.
Core System
You may request a refund of your first Core System purchase within 14 days of purchase. We may ask what failed so we can try to fix the issue, but support is not a condition of the refund. After a refund, the license and access to private downloads end and you must stop using and distributing the app.
Annual renewals
When recurring billing is enabled, you may request a refund within 7 days of an annual renewal if you did not intentionally use a new paid update or private download after the renewal. You can cancel future renewal before the next billing date through the payment portal or support.
Custom onboarding
Custom onboarding is fully refundable before scheduled work begins. After work begins, completed work and committed third-party costs are not refundable; any unperformed portion may be refunded. A separate signed proposal can replace these terms for that engagement.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Banks and card networks control when the credit appears. This policy does not limit any refund or consumer right required by applicable law.
